Festivals

Traditional folk dance at a festival in Acharavi

Festivals- are common during the summer months. Long banners and signs are usually displayed a week in advance indicating where the festival will take place. Sadly it's usually written in Greek. If you do come across one make sure to pay a visit as they tend to be filled with catchy traditional music and delicious food. Definitely a great vibe for couples and families. Entrance is always free!

Festival at the Kassiopi harbour

Souvlaki is usually offered at the festival, this one had taken place in Roda

The Corfu Beer Festival takes place annually in Arillas during the month of September.
The event has a duration of about 5 days generally starting towards the evening. The festival has complimentary entry and the venue which attracts large crowds of locals and holiday goers.
A wide array of beers are available on tap. Food and pastries are also available.
Live bands keep the good vibes going throughout the night.
